Charlotte Hornets guard Terry Rozier is probably still having nightmares about the time LeBron James completely erased his shot to oblivion in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals in 2018. Fast forward to today, The King reminded Scary Terry of that feeling by emphatically swatting his shot with one of his patented chasedown blocks.

With three minutes left in the third period of the Hornets' road game against the Los Angeles Lakers at Staples Center on Thursday, Rozier tried to get past LeBron with a quick move to the hoop. While it looked like the Hornets guard had the upper hand with his quickness, the four-time MVP recovered and sent his attempt flying with his long reach and impeccable timing.

That block had shades of 2018 written all over it, as Rozier was treated to a deja vu moment of the time he tried to go for LeBron's head with a poster dunk but failed miserably. Nice try, but nope.

Apart from getting the better of Rozier on the play, LeBron and the rest of the Lakers also protected their home turf with a convincing 116-105 victory. LeBron James, who's having another masterful campaign, finished with 37 points, eight rebounds, six assists, one assist, and one block. Rozier, meanwhile, had 20 points, five boards, and three dimes.
