On Monday, the social media pages for Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James, The Spring Hill Co., and Space Jam: A New Legacy posted its latest promotional teaser, in which LeBron, producer Ryan Coogler, director Malcolm D. Lee, and other crew members provide viewers with a behind-the-scenes look of Warner Bros.' CGI-laden spectacle starring the Looney Tunes.

“I think the effects that we have throughout the film are gonna be the greatest thing about the whole movie,” LeBron said.

Last week, James celebrated the release of Space Jam by hosting a star-studded party at Six Flags Magic Mountain. Nike also dropped the LeBron 18 Low x Space Jam sneaker collection.

Bugs Bunny and LeBron co-starred in an ESPN 30 for 30 short, entitled “The Bunny and the Goat.” Bugs appeared on UNINTERRUPTED's “The Shop” for some GOAT talk with James and Maverick Carter.

Following the Lakers' season-ending Game 6 loss to the Phoenix Suns in the first round of the Western Conference playoffs, the 36-year old James revealed that he would pass on playing for Team USA in the Tokyo Olympics to focus on his upcoming matchup with the Goon Squad.

“Didn't have much success versus the Suns, so now I am gearing my attention to the Goon Squad here in July … I'm gonna let the ankle rest for about a month and then I'm going to gear up with Lola, Taz, Granny, Bugs and the rest of the crew.”

The Goon Squad will feature Anthony Davis' avian baller, The Brow, Diana Taurasi's “White Mamba”, Damian Lillard's Chronos, Nneka Ogwumike's Arachnneka, and Klay Thompson's Wet-Fire.

Space Jam: A New Legacy hits theaters and HBO Max on July 16.
