Life in the bubble is not easy. Just ask Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James. The four-time MVP winner opened up about how he has been coping with life inside the isolated Disney World bubble.

According to James, he has resorted to meditation, as well as making sure to spend his free time talking to his family over the phone. He says this is what keeps him “sane” in these strange times:

“Family always comes first. Having that in your life, you have to put yourself in the position of what centers you,” LeBron James said, via Mark Media of USA TODAY Sports. “Meditating helps a lot for me personally with taking a lot of deep breaths, closing my eyes and just centering myself and listening to my inner self and talking to my kids and my mom. That definitely is something that keeps me sane in the bubble.”

Perhaps the most difficult part of life inside the bubble is being separated from family. Thankfully for the players, they have been allowed to bring a limited number of family members to the bubble in the second round of the playoffs. LeBron himself has taken advantage of this opportunity, inviting his wife, Savannah, to the campus. Their kids aren't with them, though.

Despite the challenges of life inside the bubble, James has been able to keep his eyes on the prize. He led the Lakers to an impressive first-round win against the Portland Trail Blazers. They are now in the midst of a tough battle against the Houston Rockets in the Western Conference Semifinals, and LeBron James will need to keep his laser focus if he hopes to lead the Lakers to their first championship in a decade.
