Los Angeles Lakers superstar small forward LeBron James is partnering with the Los Angeles Dodgers to make Dodger Stadium a November polling location, per Jeff Passan of ESPN.

James' voting-rights group, More Than A Vote, was created in late June by the Lakers star to combat voter suppression.

James has been pushing people to vote this year, as he wants President Donald Trump out of the oval office.

“Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James' voting-rights group has partnered with the Los Angeles Dodgers to make Dodger Stadium a polling place for the November general election, marking the first time a Major League Baseball team has offered its facility as a voting center, sources told ESPN.

“For the five days leading up to the Nov. 3 election, all registered voters in Los Angeles County will be able to park for free and vote at the stadium. The county allows voters to attend any of the nearly 1,000 vote centers in the metropolitan area.”

James continues to use his large platform to instill change in America. He will likely go down as the best sports role model of his generation when you take into account he's been in the spotlight since high school, has never been involved in a scandal, has arguably exceeded everyone's basketball expectations for him and built a school in his hometown of Akron, Ohio.

After missing the playoffs last season for the first time since his second year in the league, James returns to the postseason in 2020. The Lakers have the best record in the Western Conference standings.

James is a finalist for the 2020 MVP Award as well. He joins Giannis Antetokounmpo and James Harden.
