Los Angeles Lakers fans are in for a show this upcoming season as the team has revamped their roster, hauling in LeBron James in free agency. Aside from James, the Lakers also acquired Rajon Rondo, Lance Stephenson, Michael Beasley, and JaVale McGee. But Magic Johnson, the team's president of basketball operations, doesn't see any concerns regarding team chemistry.

ClutchPoints' Ryan Ward, tweeted out what Johnson has to say about the new-look Lakers.

“No concerns. We love that they’re all different individuals and they bring something different to the table. We needed some grittiness, some toughness.”

While the team does look talented on paper, there are concerns that Lakers head coach Luke Walton might find it difficult to keep these players' egos in check.

Rondo, one of the niftiest and intelligent point guards in today's game, has been marred with issues involving his coaches, especially during his stint with the Dallas Mavericks under head coach Rick Carlisle. Recently, his feud with Ray Allen came to light as the latter says that Rondo would often break offensive sets just to not pass him the ball.

Stephenson and McGee, though potent on both ends of the floor, are known for their on-court antics and questionable decision-making. Beasley is a tremendous scorer, but he has never lived up to the billing of being a second overall pick.

For the Lakers to be competitive in the stacked Western Conference, it is important that everyone must commit to Walton's system. Of course, LeBron's presence in the locker room will definitely be a positive influence but it remains to be seen how this new-look Lakers team would gel come game time.
