The Los Angeles Lakers made a huge, draft night acquisition to bring Russell Westbrook alongside LeBron James and Anthony Davis. So far, the new Lakers point guard has been enjoying every second of the spotlight.

On Sunday, Westbrook put on a Los Angeles Dodgers uniform and tossed out the first pitch at Dodgers Stadium.

Brodie rocked the backward cap and the No. 0 Dodgers jersey, because why not. It is safe to say the Dodgers fans were excited– at least most of them.

The trio of LeBron, Davis, and Westbrook has a lot of people buzzing with excitement and for good reason. LeBron and Westbrook have been trying for a long time to team up together, and Carmelo Anthony also signed with the Lakers in free agency as this team tries and makes another run at the NBA Finals.

First things first, Westbrook got everybody excited by tossing out the first pitch, and his throw wasn't half bad, either. So, while Lakers fans have to wait to see Westbrook wear a purple and gold jersey, at least they get to see him make an appearance at Dodgers Stadium.

The NBA season can't come soon enough, and surely the Lakers will have a lot of people buzzing.
