Ever since he was inserted back into the Los Angeles Lakers' starting lineup earlier this season, power forward Julius Randle continues to be an absolute beast. During Friday night's game between the Lakers and the Milwaukee Bucks, Randle went complete beast mode on Bucks center Tyler Zeller when the forward threw down a massive one-handed hammer dunk.
With the Lakers leading the Bucks 19-17 about halfway through the first quarter, Randle took a pass from Brandon Ingram and went right at Zeller to put him on a poster.
A video of the thrilling play, which was posted to Twitter by the team's official account, can be viewed below in all of its glory.
Randle, who is expected to get a huge paycheck this offseason as a result of his stellar play, had 12 points and seven rebounds in 20 minutes of action as his team trailed the Bucks 68-57 at halftime.
The Lakers simply could not stop the Bucks' star forward tandem of Giannis Antetokounmpo and Khris Middleton in the first half as the two combined for 33 of Milwaukee's 68 first-half points.
Both teams are shooting exactly 51.1 percent at the half, but Milwaukee has converted on 16-of-18 of their free-throw attempts compared to only 6-of-8 from the line for Los Angeles.
While the Lakers are no longer playing for the playoffs, the Bucks are in the midst of a tough position battle in the Eastern Conference playoff race. However, unlike other eliminated teams, the Lakers are still a huge draw due to the exciting collection of young talent on their roster.
