Four-time Finals MVP LeBron James already knew what was coming for him heading into the locker room after the Los Angeles Lakers were crowned the 2020 NBA champions on Sunday.

In anticipation of the champagne bath coming his way, The King took some preventive measures and demanded to get some goggles before entering the locker room. Check out this hilarious clip shared by the Washington Posts' Ben Golliver.

Now a four-time NBA champion, LeBron James is no stranger to the pain of getting alcohol in his eyes. He knew the rest of his Lakers teammates will drown him with champagne the moment he stepped foot inside that rowdy locker room.

James was again his dominant self in Game 6, tallying a triple-double of 28 points, 14 rebounds, and 10 assists. He was deservingly awarded the Bill Russell Finals MVP post-game.

James might have to carry that goggles around as the champagne will definitely keep flowing in the afterparty of the Lakers' 17th championship in franchise history.
