Things just got a little more problematic for Mark Cuban and the Dallas Mavericks organization as a whole.

A former employee believes the Mavericks owner definitely knew about the allegations of sexual harassment in the organization that were first reported by Sports Illustrated.

Melissa Weishaupt, who initially told her story anonymously but has now come forward publicly, believes Cuban knew about what former CEO Terdema Ussery was doing and saying to women, per Brandon George of the Dallas Morning News.

“I think Mark knew about it, just because of how people talked in the office,” Weishaupt said. “It was a small office. I think Mark knew and I think Mark just turned a blind eye to it. He was not in the office a lot, but our department dealt with him a lot. I know he was very involved with day-to-day decisions. It's hard for me to believe he just dealt with basketball operations. That's just an untrue statement. And if people want to believe that [because] they love Mark Cuban, that's good on you, but people at the Mavs know that's not true. That's not what was happening.”

Ussery was accused by Weishaupt for all sorts of instances of sexual harassment and misconduct. Cuban, who has long been known as one of the most hands-on owners in the NBA, has said repeatedly that he had no idea about those instances.

Since the SI story first broke, many have wondered publicly about whether Cuban knew about what was going on, and they concluded that he must have at least had some idea. It's not the best look for Cuban if that turns out to be true.

Time will tell who knew what when, and the Mavericks were said to have started an internal investigation into the matter, which the league is keeping a close eye on.

The question becomes: If Cuban knew, what happens to him?
