In an announcement from Major League Baseball, MLB The Show will become available to other consoles beyond PlayStation as early as 2021.

Needless to say, this is going to shake up the sports gaming world in a big way. Many gamers have been wanting to play MLB The Show on other consoles for years. With this change, the game will be selling in mass quantity to Xbox and PC players and will give gamers a chance to play the highest-quality baseball game.

Obviously, this is huge news. MLB The Show has made gamers buy a PlayStation console simply to be able to get this one game. Being able to buy the game on other platforms will open things up for a completely new market of fans.
