This year, more than others, we've seen NBA players and athletes speak out on the importance of voting in presidential election. With the election less than a month away, CJ McCollum, Donovan Mitchell and Tobias Harris all interviewed vice presidential candidate Kamala Harris.

Harris posted the video of the interview on Youtube to allow fans to get a glimpse of the discussion that transpired.

Altogether, CJ McCollum, Donovan Mitchell and Tobias Harris talked to Harris about different topics, mostly ones that pertained to the upcoming election. Harris, a senator in California, is running as the Democratic nominee for vice president alongside Joe Biden.

For the most part, the interview was about education reform and other important issues in today's society. McCollum spends a ton of his time with the Boys and Girls Clubs off of the court. Therefore, education is something that is near and dear to the heart of the NBA guard for the Portland Trail Blazers.

Besides McCollum, Harris  discussed other vital issues like voting and police reform. The entire video is 13 minutes and covers a few interesting subjects ahead of the impending election.

Back in August, when Harris was nominated as the vice president to Biden, many players in the NBA shared their reaction. Among the players to express their support in Harris was LeBron James of the Los Angeles Lakers and Doc Rivers—formerly of the Los Angeles Clippers and now head coach of the Philadelphia 76ers.

The NBA, as an entire league, has continued to make the conversation about voting a vital matter. And with some people still doing their research, McCollum, Mitchell and Harris are allowing some fans to have an insight into who Harris is.

Expect the NBA and its players to continue their efforts about voter awareness as the election nears.
