Dallas Mavericks forward Luka Dončić and Milwaukee Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo lead their respective conferences during the first return of the 2020 All-Star voting.
Antetokounmpo boasts a humongous lead over the next-best frontcourt player in the East, getting more than 400,000 votes than Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid. Players like Pascal Siakam, Jimmy Butler and Jayson Tatum follow closely, while Tacko Fall of the Boston Celtics surprisingly makes the list as a fan favorite, despite getting only limited, if any minutes in Brad Stevens' rotation.
Trae Young leads the guards, edging Kyrie Irving and Kemba Walker for the top spot, followed by Derrick Rose and Zach LaVine.

The West is a much closer race, as Doncic leads perennial All-Star presence LeBron James by over 50,000 votes. Doncic is also 599 votes ahead of Antetokounmpo, as the Rookie of the Year has become an overnight sensation and one of the league's biggest darlings over his year-and-change in the league.
James, who leads all Western frontcourt players with 1,020,851 votes, is followed closely by teammate Anthony Davis and hallway rivals Kawhi Leonard and Paul George — a trend that is bound to continue in the next three weeks of voting.

Doncic has a sizable 300,000 vote lead over MVP runner-up James Harden of the Houston Rockets, followed by Damian Lillard of the Portland Trail Blazers and Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors, who has only played three games this season and is unlikely to return before the All-Star Game.

Other notables include Carmelo Anthony, who only has 20 games under his belt after joining the Blazers later in the season and popular Lakers sensation Alex Caruso, who ranks eighth among all Western guards with 92.233 votes.
Spencer Dinwiddie of the Brooklyn Nets also mustered short of 100,000 votes after filling in most of the season for Irving, who ranks eight spots ahead.
