Khabib Nurmagomedov defeated Justin Gaethje at UFC 254 and retired right after, and the NBA world reacted to it.

Nurmagomedov finishes his fighting career 29-0 and dedicated his final fight to his late father, who passed away in July and was his trainer.

Khabib Nurmagomedov becomes just the sixth fighter with a 13-fight UFC win streak, joining Silva, St-Pierre, Jones, Johnson and Holloway. He truly is a legend of the sport.

Eight of Nurmagomedov's wins were by knockout, 10 were by decision and 11 were by submission. He is widely considered the most dominant fighter in UFC lightweight history.

Nurmagomedov promised his mom that his fight against Justin Gaethje was going to be his last. He certainly made his entire family proud.
