Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry banners the top 10 shooters list for the latest rendition of the NBA 2K franchise which led to the disagreement of a few marksmen who were left out of the tally.

Washington Wizards forward Davis Bertans was among those players who were snubbed and proceeded to take a jab on Twitter, hinting that he should've been given a higher three-point rating in the game.

Bertans has been making noise in the league ever since his days with the San Antonio Spurs from 2016 to 2019. Despite his hot shooting from beyond the arc, the Latvian national still flew under the radar and was often overlooked by his defenders on the court.

He then found his way to a new team prior to the 2019-2020 NBA season when he was involved in a three-team trade and eventually landed in the Wizards. Bertans slotted in a larger role and recorded career-best numbers of 15.4 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 1.7 assists through 29.3 minutes played off the bench for the team.

According to NBC Sports, the fourth-year marksman generated 42.4 percent from beyond the arc last season which was tied with Brooklyn Nets swingman Joe Harris for the sixth-best percentage in the entire league.

The 28-year old also belonged in a special group as he was only one of eight players who drained at least 200 shots from the three-point country last season.

His production and contribution especially in the scoring department by way of his efficient three-point shooting caught the eyes of the Wizards front office who rewarded him to sign a fresh five-year, $80 million extension during the offseason.

After the snub by NBA 2K, Davis Bertans will enter the upcoming season with a chip on his shoulder as he aims to prove that his name truly belongs in the conversation of the top shooters in the league.
