Oklahoma City Thunder veteran point guard Chris Paul was recently on the All The Smoke podcast hosted by Matt Barnes and Stephen Jackson. One of the highlights of CP3's guest appearance was when the trio talked about the time DeAndre Jordan ended Brandon Knight with one of the best dunks in NBA history.

Paul was then with the Los Angeles Clippers along with Jordan, and the point guard was responsible for throwing the alley-oop lob to his high-flying teammate. Jackson joked that Paul and Jordan should be in jail for that unforgettable and utterly disrespectful dunk:

Paul even went into detail about how he executed that picture-perfect lob to Jordan, which gave us a brief preview of how the mind of one of the greatest point guards in league history works. However, perhaps the best bit is these guys talking about how Barnes — also a Clipper at that time, and was on the playing court as well — comically reacted at that horrendous moment.

Here's the clip of that infamous dunk for your viewing pleasure:

It still gives us the chills to this very day.

It's great to reminisce about the good old days when the Clippers were still “Lob City.” The trio of Paul, Jordan, and Blake Griffin were the core of this memorable LA side, which was out to electrify every single night. At that time, they were one of the most exciting teams to watch in the entire NBA. Everyone enjoyed seeing them play, with the exception perhaps of one Brandon Knight.
