During the reveal of Nike's new NBA uniforms, some teams also unveiled their first look at what fans will see next season for the first time in NBA History, sponsored ads on team uniforms across the league.

Some teams have already made sponsorship deals with local and non-conflicting partners such as Blue Diamonds, and Goodyear, but not every team has made connections with sponsors.

One of those teams is the Atlanta Hawks who revealed their new uniforms with nothing but a Nike patch on the front, but today that has changed. The Hawks officially announced a 5-year partnership with Atlanta based digital health company Sharecare for an undisclosed amount.

Some may not quite connect the two organizations as having common interests but they do.

Sharecare monitors the health of citizens across the nation, where its data shows Georgia ranking 29th out of 50 states. Those Atlanta community stats can be displayed during Hawks games, according to owner Jeff Arnold speaking with WSB TV2.

We’re going to have leader boards at Hawks games showing what communities are moving up the leader board as it relates to earning green days
Through the Sharecare app, fans can accumulate points (green days) and then turn those points into Hawks rewards such as free tickets, shirts, travel on the team plane and more.We really believe that as this partnership takes life, the people who will benefit the most are the citizens of Atlanta and the state of Georgia as we work together to make Atlanta the healthiest city in the U.S

Currently, the Hawks are renovating Philips Arena with many fan friendly sections, including dedicating a portion of space to healthy concessions along with other methods of advertisements for better health.

Here is a current render of what the new uniforms will look like with the Sharecare sponsored ad posted on Twitter.
