Jayson Tatum is one of the best three-pointers in the NBA today. Some might see this as a bit of a contentious statement, but the fact that the Boston Celtics superstar just joined Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson on an elite three-man list is a clear testament to this fact.
In the midst of another hot shooting night in Game 4 of the NBA Finals against the Golden State Warriors, Tatum has now eclipsed 70 3-pointers throughout the playoffs. The only other players to have achieved this feat are the Warriors' duo of Curry and Thompson (h/t StatMuse on Twitter):

There's no doubt that Curry is the greatest shooter of all time. Thompson isn't too far behind. For Tatum to be mentioned in the same breath — and even share a record with them — speaks volumes of how far the Celtics star has come in terms of his accuracy from deep.
This is an undeniably impressive feat from the Celtics stud, but you also cannot overlook how Curry has done this five times throughout his career. This is yet another nod to Steph as the GOAT shooter. I don't think anybody's touching him in this respect. Maybe not ever.
