Irving, who is without a clear timetable for return, left Monday night's game with 7:22 remaining. However, he returned to play in the final few minutes, despite his injury. In 29 minutes of action, Uncle Drew racked up 16 points on 7-of-14 shooting from the field (1-of-5 from beyond the arc), eight assists, three rebounds and two steals.
With Irving ruled out, coach Stevens will likely give Marcus Smart a bit more playing time.
