Kemba Walker and the Boston Celtics hit the road this evening to take on the Indiana Pacers. It was a big game between two potential contenders in the Eastern Conference and many felt like the Celtics would end up taking it, especially with Victor Oladipo still out for Indiana.

As many have come to expect, Walker went off against the Pacers. He scored 44 points on 16-of-28 shooting and knocked down seven of his 15 three-point attempts. Walker also made five of his seven free throw attempts.

Boston dropped to 17-6 on the season with the loss, while the Pacers improved to 16-9. The Celtics are still one of the top contenders in the NBA, thanks in large part to Walker's presence.

The Celtics will face off against the Philadelphia 76ers on Thursday night and will look to shake off this disappointing loss.
