After his critical comments on his team's loss against the Golden State Warriors on Friday, Boston Celtics point guard Isaiah Thomas has recently cleared the air with his head coach, Brad Stevens, and shared what he told his mentor during the phone call he made.
Isaiah called Stevens at 3 AM to talk about his critical comments after last night's loss. They had it worked out by 3:05.

It can be recalled that the 27-year-old Washington product was clearly frustrated and said in a post-game interview that his team, including the coaches, gave up right away on their game and also questioned why he only played 27 minutes that night.
With him clearing up any speculation that he and his coach now have a rift in their relationship, the Boston faithful will be able to breathe a sigh of relief as the team still remains intact and that this issue is not affecting them. The Celtics still have a winning record of 7-6 and have Al Horford back in their lineup after missing nine games due to a concussion.
It will be very interesting to see how the team will respond in their next games after Thomas' comments and how fired up they'll be. The Celtics will look to improve their record on Monday when they face the Minnesota Timberwolves at the Target Center.
