In the third quarter of Game 2 between Boston and Washington on Tuesday, Isaiah Thomas inadvertently hit Otto Porter in the face, causing the Wizards forward to gush blood from his nose.

From SI's Ben Golliver:

Thomas didn't mean to hit Porter so he went to go talk about the play with an official. However, Wizards big man Markieff Morris prevented Thomas from talking with the official, blocking him and talking trash at the same time. Thomas talked back to Morris and the two then exchanged verbal barbs from a distance.

No technical fouls were called on the play but these two teams clearly don't like each other.
