The Miami Heat will host the Boston Celtics for a Game 7 contest in the Eastern Conference Finals. It will be one of the most highly anticipated games of the entire NBA season. Sadly, though, it will not feature the legendary Mike Breen on hand.

Breen has commentated for the series along with his usual crew of Jeff Van Gundy and Mark Jackson. Unfortunately for NBA fans, they won't be hearing the thrilling, iconic “Bang!” call or the more incredulous “Way off!” call in the Heat-Celtics battle. According to Andrew Marchand of the New York Post, Breen has tested positive f0r COVID-19 and not be calling the game.

Mark Jones will be stepping for Breen, who is feeling well and could be ready for the first game of the NBA Finals, which tips off on Thursday. It's a bummer that Breen will not be able to announce what should be a hard-fought contest between the Celtics and Heat. Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald reports that Breen expects to be back for the Finals.

The Heat and Celtics have traded blowouts throughout this series until Game 6, an incredibly tight game that was tied with just three minutes left. The Golden State Warriors await the winner of tonight's Game 7 in the NBA Finals. While the Celtics and Heat, who have two key players listed as questionable, look to win their first championships since 2008 and 2013 respectively, the Warriors are looking to make it four titles in eight years.
