With Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant back on the roster, Brooklyn Nets fans are pretty confident that their team will make waves this season. NBA icon Dwyane Wade has joined the legion of Brooklyn believers, noting that the team will be a “problem.”

On Twitter, Wade shared his excitement over the return of Irving and Durant, as well as Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry. To recall, Steph played just five games last season due to an injured hand. KD missed the entire season to rehab his Achilles, while Kyrie played just 20 games due to an injured shoulder.

Many Nets fans have waited for this moment since both Irving and Durant joined the team in 2019. Durant inked a four-year, $164 million deal with the team last summer, while Irving signed a four-year, $141 million contract.

Reports reveal that the Nets' deep team and the relative success they achieved without star players was what attracted Durant and Irving to join forces. And to make things even sweeter, legendary point guard Steve Nash joined the fold a few months ago as head coach. While this is his first time to guide a team, many are optimistic that Nash will do well.

Dwyane Wade and Nets fans got their first look of the duo in their preseason game against the Washington Wizards on Sunday. While they played limited minutes in a relaxed atmosphere, it was still a good preview of what's to come. In 24 minutes of action, Durant finished with 15 points, three rebounds, three assists and two blocks. Irving dropped 18 points on seven-of-nine from the field and two-of-three from deep in just 15 minutes.
