Brooklyn Nets head coach Kenny Atkinson believes that the center spot is their ‘biggest strength' coming into the 2019-20 season.

DeAndre Jordan and Jarrett Allen will likely play back up for one another in the upcoming season. With that said, the Nets have two of the most athletic centers in the league who can play excellent defense and also chip in the offense.

“I look at it as our biggest strength,” said Atkinson after the first day of training camp, per Tom Dowd of BrooklynNets.com. “We have real depth there and we have real choices there. Everyone is already familiar with Jordan's capabilities. He's a one-time All-Star and two-time rebounding champion with multiple selections in the All-NBA and All-Defensive Teams. At 31-years-old, Jordan hasn't lost his elite athleticism one bit.

Allen, meanwhile, is slowly making a name for himself as one of the top defenders in the paint. Last season — his second year in the league — Allen posted career highs in almost all categories. He logged in 10.9 points, 8.4 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.5 blocks across 26.2 minutes per contest.

With these two centers manning the frontcourt, teams will have their hands full match-up wise. And we're just talking about Jordan and Allen.
