The Brooklyn Nets are preparing for a decisive Game 7 on Saturday night against the Milwaukee Bucks and all eyes will be on superstar Kevin Durant, who has carried his team to this point.
When the lights are the brightest, KD usually steps up and delivers. And according to teammate Jeff Green, that's essentially what Brooklyn is expecting from Durant, per ESPN's Malika Andrews:
Nets Jeff Green, in part, on what he expects from Kevin Durant in tonight’s Game 7: “He’s been carrying us and I believe tonight won’t be no different. He’s going to go out there and play his heart out and put us on his back and lead us to the win.”

No one has had an answer for Durant to this point in the playoffs. He's averaging an impressive 33 points and 9.3 rebounds per game while shooting 41% from three-point land. He also went off for 49 points in Game 5 in a truly historic performance to will the Nets to victory.

With James Harden not at full strength and Kyrie Irving still out due to an ankle sprain, the Nets will need the absolute best version of KD on Saturday. Keep in mind, he's also 3-1 in Game 7's throughout his career.
There are limited weapons for Brooklyn without Durant showing out and he certainly realizes that. He needs to have another big night in order to get his team into the conference finals and hopefully, at that point, the other two pieces of the Big 3 can be healthy and ready to keep chasing that title.
Clearly, though, the Nets have full confidence that Kevin Durant can keep their championship dreams alive.
