The Brooklyn Nets are still trying to find their footing with their three stars together, and they seem to be taking things one step at a time. Despite the struggles though, Kyrie Irving continues to play at a high level.

On Monday against the Miami Heat, Irving grabbed the rebound off a Bam Adebayo miss and unleashed down the court. He looked to make a stutter step to blow past KZ Okpala to get an acrobatic finish at the basket for an and-1.

It was a momentum change for the Nets, as they looked to go on a run themselves.

After Kyrie Irving’s layup, the game still continued to move slow for both teams. Miami held a 21-15 lead on the Nets after the first quarter, with both teams shooting under 40 percent from the field.

Irving is expected to continue to be a game changer for Brooklyn, even with Kevin Durant and James Harden in the fold. Brooklyn's chemistry issues has been the talk of the town after the team traded for Harden with the Houston Rockets. With all three considered ball-dominant players, there have been questions if they can co-exist.

While the Nets have struggled with their new Big 3, it is worth noting that the trio have shown their potential as a lethal scoring group.
