Brooklyn Nets head coach Steve Nash understands that the Boston Celtics' defense has been making life hard for Kevin Durant. However, for him, there's a bigger problem they are facing.

Speaking to reporters after the Nets fell 3-0 following the Celtics' 109-103 win on Saturday, Nash addressed Durant's struggles and highlighted how it's really the unforced turnovers–not KD's poor play–that has been killing them in the series.

“Clearly they're loading up on him, sending bodies to him. Being physical with him…. I think it's the unforced turnovers,” Nash said, per Dave Early of ClutchPoints.

Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving have been largely blamed for the Nets' woes. They were largely expected to dominate the series, but they haven't been living up to their usual high standards of play.

For one, KD made just 16 points in Game 3 on 6-of-11 shooting from the field. His lack of attempts is concerning, especially since he played 45 minutes in the contest. He also had five turnovers, which is tied for the most in the team alongside Bruce Brown's.

The Nets have a lot of things to figure out if they want to avoid getting swept, and it's up to Steve Nash to lead the way. Unfortunately, they don't have much time left with Game 4 set on Monday.
