The Eastern Conference semifinals is now on between the Boston Celtics and Philadelphia 76ers. Celtics general manager Danny Ainge is on the sidelines to support his squad. And he couldn't help but react after disagreeing with a call against his team.
As posted by Whitney Medworth of SB Nation, Ainge says “that's awful” after a call against the Celtics:
i believe this is my favorite moment in the playoffs pic.twitter.com/Dr7eVLgjgE

The Celtics got past the first round despite the absence of their star player Kyrie Irving. He'll be out for the rest of the playoffs nursing an injury.
So there's a good enough reason for Ainge to behave the way he did. As much as possible, he would want the calls to be in his team's favor.
Article Continues BelowFrom being a player back in the early 1980s to a top executive after retirement, Ainge has been synonymous with being a Celtic. Such facts outline the reasons why he's protective of his players.
He's not just an executive of the franchise, he seems to behave like a player as well. Earlier, he had nothing but words of praises for Marcus Smart, who just came back from an injury.
As reported by Greg Cassoli of Celtics Wire:
“He’s just insane,” Ainge said. “Nobody does that. The first play of the game, the first play he’s back after 6 weeks out with a surgically repaired thumb and he just dives with that right arm, going for a loose ball. He’s a unique guy that way and I’m not sure I can think of anybody else that would do that.”
