Terry Rozier was the hero yet again for the Charlotte Hornets as he led his team to a 105-102 victory over the Detroit Pistons on Thursday night. The 26-year-old wasn't having the best of evenings for the Hornets, but he made sure to step it up when it mattered most.

The game went down the wire, and Rozier made sure to make his stamp on the contest with this key bucket with a little over a minute remaining:

On an ensuing possession, Rozier showed his mettle again. With the Hornets up by just three points and the shot-clock winding down, the 6-foot-1 combo guard showcased his clutch gene:

Even the great Michael Jordan had to applaud Rozier's heroics for his team.

Rozier finished the game with 17 points, one rebound, two assists, and three steals. He also further established himself as the Hornets' go-to player in the clutch.

Charlotte opens the second half of their season with an important win as they continue to battle for a playoff spot in what has become a wide-open Eastern Conference race. They get the Toronto Raptors on Saturday.
