Usually, the most interesting debates revolve around the best teams in the NBA. Who has the best shot of winning the NBA Finals? Who has the best players and deepest lineups?

One Redditor by the name of “DionWaiteress” decided to go the completely opposite direction and pose a question few NBA fans have really thought about: What if two of the worst teams in the league played a seven-game series?

“Who would win in a 7 game series between the Cavaliers and the Suns? Both Rosters are with current injuries so the Cavaliers don’t have Kevin Love. Who would win the series and how many games would it go?”

The post elicited several laughable responses that ranged from self-deprecating comments from fans of the teams to bleak outlooks on the team's futures.

Redditor “Dalamari” claimed that regardless of the outcome, no one would actually tune in to see the two NBA cellar dwellers match up so many times in a row.

“mylanguage” claimed that the only true winner of this matchup would be the other professional sports leagues who would be spared of watching the terrible matchup.

Realistically, this would not be a thriller of an NBA matchup. While the Suns are full of young talent, they have not played cohesively yet and are struggling to win games. The Cavs have performed as expected after the departure of LeBron James, and are banking on the fact that Collin Sexton grows to be a star and they get a high pick this offseason.
