The L.A. Clippers have been without the services of veteran guard Austin Rivers for the last two games due to being in the concussion protocol.
However, our own Tomer Azarly is reporting that Rivers is expected to make his return to the court in Monday's road tilt against the San Antonio Spurs.

The 25-year-old has suffered the injury late in the second quarter of Wednesday's road game against the Orlando Magic after he was inadvertently elbowed by Magic forward Jonathon Simmons while driving to the basket. Rivers was helped off the court and did not return to the contest.
Article Continues BelowIn his absence, Lou Williams took on an even greater offensive responsibility, but the team dropped both games to the Washington Wizards and Miami Heat. The Clippers have struggled to find any true consistency this season due to their roster been ravaged by injuries.
All-Star forward Blake Griffin is currently sidelined with a sprained MCL that will need two months to recovery while veteran guard Patrick Beverly is out for the rest of the season due to right knee surgery. Meanwhile, forward Danilo Gallinari is back on the mend with another glute injury and point guard Milos Teodosic is easing his way back into the fold from a foot injury that kept him sidelined for 22 games.
This has thrust Rivers into a key offensive role as he's averaging a career-high 14.5 points on 40.5 percent shooting from the field along with career-best numbers with 40.3 percent from 3-point range and 3.4 assists. His return to the lineup should provide the Clippers some much-needed stability in the backcourt
