Milwaukee Bucks head coach Mike Budenholzer says he still has nightmares about Dallas Mavericks legend Dirk Nowitzki.
Mike Budenholzer, who was an assistant coach for Gregg Popovich on the San Antonio Spurs for many seasons, says Dirk Nowitzki's patented one-legged shot still haunts him in his dreams.

This could be Nowitzki's last season in the NBA and with the Mavs, so maybe it's the final year that Budenholzer will have nightmares about Dirk. The future Hall of Famer, during his prime, was one of the most dominant players in NBA history. No matter what opposing defenses did to him, Dirk was still able to score because of his nearly unstoppable one-legged shot.
Luckily for Budenholzer, he now has a player in Giannis Antetokounmpo who is giving other teams nightmares. The Greek Freak is averaging 27.0 points, 12.4 rebounds and 5.9 assists per game this season. The Bucks entered Friday with the best record in the Eastern Conference at 40-13.
Nowitzki is only putting up 4.4 points for the Mavs this season. The now 14-time All-Star is shooting just 35.8 percent from the floor and 31.1 percent from the 3-point line. It's unfortunate that the last we're going to see of Dirk is him in this state, but we'll never forget how lethal he was during his prime.
