There is a steady growing frustration from restricted free agent center Nerlens Noel as he remains one of the biggest names left out on the open market.

According to Marc J. Spears of ESPN, Noel's agent, Happy Walters, has made it clear that his client still waiting on a legitimate offer from the Dallas Mavericks.

“We are waiting on a legitimate offer from the Mavs,” said Happy Walters. “Until that time, Nerlens is training in L.A. until camp opens.

These latest comments come just a few days after Walters told Eddie Sefko of Sports Day that Noel was disappointed by the contract negotiation process with the Mavericks. Through the first three weeks of free agency, he has yet to receive a strong offer from the front office.

There had reportedly been some interest from the several other teams ahead of the start of free agency willing to offer him the max contract of four years worth $108.5 million. However, only the Atlanta Hawks have expressed any interest in him.

It is a tough predicament that Noel is currently in as the Mavericks hold the final say on whether or not they will bring him. The fact that they can match any offer may have scared away teams from presenting him an offer sheet. He had been acquired by the Philadelphia 76ers last season where averaged 8.5 points on 57.5 percent shooting from the field with 6.8 rebounds and 1.1 blocks in 21 games played.
