There's a lot of entertaining players to watch in the NBA. LeBron James, Kevin Durant, Ja Morant, and Stephen Curry, to name a few. But there's another member of the Golden State Warriors who is very fun to watch, and no, it isn't Klay Thompson.
It's Draymond Green. People might love to poke fun at him because he averages what Charles Barkley calls a triple single, but if you've ever seen him play in person, it's a treat.

Here are 4 reasons Draymond is one of the most entertaining players in the Association.
Basketball IQ
Green is one of the greatest basketball minds in the NBA currently, and he's one of the best all-time. The way the Warriors veteran manipulates his opponents mentally is fun to watch. It should be physically impossible for a 6 foot 7 man to shut down seven-footers. But Green does it often, and it's not all with physicality. It's with understanding your opponent and his tendencies.
Whenever Draymond Green has a big matchup, it's obvious he's done his homework. One quarter he may force his opponent to find a comfort zone, making it seem like they can beat him. While he's doing it, Green is often talking trash and getting in the other player's head.
Green gets the crowd going
Whenever Green makes a big play or a three-pointer, there's nobody more hyped up than Green. Almost every time he makes a three, the celebration begins, and the Warriors crowd goes wild.

Having another Defensive Player of the Year type season, this happens often. Opposing players are demoralized once he gets started, and the crowd gets behind him.
Playmaking ability
Draymond Green is one of the best passers in the NBA. The way he and Curry run their two-man play is fun to watch. Teams smother Curry all game, but somehow, Green threads the needle to get the ball to him. These are straight dimes that Green delivers. His vision on the floor is second to none.
Draymond Green's willingness to pass usually sets him up for an easy score. After a while, his defender starts to relax, and he will fake a handoff and take it to the cup for a dunk. Then the next time, it may turn into a lob for Gary Payton II. People don't realize most highlights seen on TV have something to do with Green. It's because he's one of the best playmakers in the NBA.
Technicals
He might not be too proud of this one, but Green rarely gets a boring technical. He's one of the most outspoken players on and off the court, but especially during a dispute with the officials. Most of the time, it doesn't lead to an ejection, but sometimes it will. Then Green isn't afraid of talking about it during his postgame interviews.
There are many reasons why the future Hall of Famer is entertaining to watch, but these are 4 clear reasons Draymond Green is must-see TV.
