Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry feels vindicated after pulling off an epic slam late in the fourth quarter of the NBA All-Star Game.

With the game out of reach for Team Giannis, Curry decided to give fans a treat with a move rarely seen from him: a reverse alley-oop dunk. The Warriors sharpshooter threw the ball down with authority, ending the game on a positive note for his team that led by as much as 16 points before collapsing in the second half.

After the game, however, the 30-year-old All-Star explained what the dunk means to him. And surprisingly, he admitted that it's some sort of redemption for him…for slipping when he was attempting a dunk against the Los Angeles Lakers last month.

Curry's All-Star Game dunk is undoubtedly great, but it is foolish to think that it will make people forget about his mishap in LA. The internet never forgets, Steph!

In their match-up with the Lakers late in January, Curry accidentally slipped during an open play. Adding insult to the injury, while Andre Iguodala was able to recover the ball, the two-time MVP airballed his follow-up shot.

Curry's impressive reverse slam will be one of the main highlights of the event, but his slip in LA will live forever and is certain to be part of the NBA lowlights this 2018-19 season.
