For the first time since 2015, Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green won't be part of the All-Star Game. However, the three-time champion isn't really bothered about being left off the All-Star team.
Green reiterated earlier that he doesn't plan to attend the festivities in Charlotte, saying that he will use the time to spend vacation with his family:

Green struggled earlier this season due to minor injuries and off-court issues involving teammate Kevin Durant. He has played well lately, but it was already a bit too late for him to be considered when selecting the All-Star reserves.
Dray is averaging 7.0 points, 7.6 rebounds, 7.3 assists, and 1.6 steals for the Dubs this season.

Green's role with the Warriors goes beyond All-Star Weekend, as he will be an integral part of the Warriors' quest to win a third straight title. While all eyes will be focused on Kevin Durant, Stephen Curry, and Klay Thompson, Green will continue to do all the little things to help the team win.
The Warriors are once again the favorite to hoist the Larry O'Brien Trophy this June, and if Green plays at his best, Golden State is going to be almost unstoppable in the playoffs.
He can enjoy a little bit of a break now, but when it's time to win, expect Green to be laser-focused and play his role to the best of his abilities.
True All-Stars play great even after the festivities are over.
