Andre Iguodala is very optimistic when it comes to two weapons the Golden State Warriors are expected to miss in this upcoming 2019-20 season, as both players are dealing with significant injuries.
“I feel positive vibes with them. That’s a given,” Iguodala told Mark Medina of the San Jose Mercury News. “When we’re communicating, it’s not just on a teammate level. It’s on a friendship level and making sure we’re all good in a good place. I got good vibes with the guys.”
“I have really good conversations with everyone on our team. We’re feeling really positive for next year. We’re looking at all the guys and talking to Klay and talking to KD and making sure their spirits are good. “We truly feel like the run is still going. We’re taking this time that this run is getting the best of us right now, but we’ll be back.”
Iguodala has always been a mood clicker in the locker room and someone players can lean on for advice, support, or any sort of feeling that may affect them.

Both Thompson and Durant have been that close to Iguodala through the course of the years, and the veteran swingman has made it a point to reach out to both players after their season ended in a gnarly way in these NBA Finals.
While this won't guarantee a Durant return to the Bay Area, the fact that there is no bad feelings after the recent chain of events is a good sign for both players and the organization, who will soon throw some major zeroes their way once free agency comes around.
