DeMarcus Cousins gave zero poops when it comes to his decision to join the Golden State Warriors, liking a social media post from a local New Orleans podcast that shamed him for leaving frontcourt partner Anthony Davis. The post showed a picture of Davis wearing Cousins' would-be All-Star jersey during the weekend festivities, but criticized the big man for leading Davis after taking a major pay cut to join the frontrunner for the NBA title.

DeMarcus Cousins has been outspoken about his decision to join the Warriors, noting that Pelicans GM Dell Demps only offered him a two-year, $40 million deal shortly after he was injured. Demps didn't call by July 1, and neither did other 29 teams, making Cousins take alternative measures in hopes of finding a new home.

Boogie is banking on having a big return from injury, but he will have to play a much-different role with the Warriors in hopes to warrant a much more succulent offer from other teams in a big 2019 free agency period.
The big man is coming off one of his best seasons in the league, posting 25.2 points, 12.9 rebounds, 5.4 assists, 1.6 steals, and 1.6 blocks per game in 2017-18.
