The Golden State Warriors game against the Denver Nuggets Thursday night has been postponed. The Nuggets reportedly did not have the required eight active players to put on the court. That prompted swift and strong backlash from Warriors' power forward Draymond Green.

Green took to Twitter to share his thoughts.

Moments after it was announced the game was postponed, Green pointed out something many people have been thinking.

“How do you continue to cancel games when you’ve implemented rules to prevent this from happening? Is that not a competitive advantage for other teams? The guys we didn’t have due to the protocol list played no role in Tuesdays loss? Pick a side but don’t straddle the fence.”

On Tuesday, the Warriors were forced to play with Draymond Green, Jordan Poole, Damien Lee and Moses Moody in the league's health and safety protocols. However, they were able to put the required eight players on the court. They lost the game 89-86.

A few minutes later, Green was back at it.

Clearly, Draymond Green is of the belief that the league is giving the Nuggets an unfair advantage. He didn't stop there. Two minutes later he posted again.

The Warriors superstar is not the only player who has been concerned with the discrepancy of the league postponing games. On Wednesday, Trae Young vented his frustration on Twitter.

Young brought up a point that has been a talking point for fans and players alike. With so many teams dealing with the COVID-19 Omicron variant outbreak, the decisions on which games to postpone and which games to play gets more and more difficult.
