If there is one thing Draymond Green wants Ja Morant and the Memphis Grizzlies to remember, it's this: the Golden State Warriors are not the same as the Minnesota Timberwolves who will allow them to come back from huge deficits.

Green is well aware of the Grizzlies' clutch heroics in their first round series against the Timberwolves. Memphis trailed by double digits heading into the fourth quarter three times in the series, and they all came back in those instances to win.

However, the Warriors are not the Timberwolves and Green thinks their championship experience gives them the edge over the young Grizzlies. While he expects Memphis to stage those kind of huge runs, he is confident the Dubs are not a team that easily collapses.

“I did think in that Minnesota series, the swings were just crazy, you get up 26 points and then they go on a 26-0 run. In order to be a championship team, you cant do that. So in watching that series all along, I'm like, well ok they're going to go on their runs and that's fine, everyone does, but we're not giving up a 26-0 run, that's ridiculous,” Green said in his latest appearance on NBA on TNT, via Sporting News.

“I think we have the advantage there, when you're talking experience and just knowing what to expect, we feel very comfortable in this environment.”

Sure enough, that championship edge was already evident in Game 1. In a high-pressure situation, both Klay Thompson and Stephen Curry delivered to give the Warriors the 117-116 win and the 1-0 series lead.

As Draymond Green suggest, that could definitely make the difference in the series if the Grizzlies don't find a way to dominated.
