After the Golden State Warriors announced Stephen Curry and other star players wouldn't be available in their Tuesday match against the San Antonio Spurs, many thought this was a game the Dubs were giving away. That appeared to be true for a significant portion of the game, especially in the fourth quarter when the Dubs were looking at a 17 point deficit.

That's the moment Jordan Poole and the young Warriors team decided to come alive.

“I feel like we're in really good space,” Warriors talent Jordan Poole continued. “Especially with the young guys, and we're able to develop with a really good group of older guys… So, being able to have good leadership to lead us in the right direction not only for now but for the future is huge”

The talented and confident guard led the Warriors, by scoring a game-high 31 points, 6 rebounds, and 5 assists. He even closed the game by making a game-winning three with seconds left on the clock.

Poole wasn't the only one who contributed to this come from behind victory Damion Lee scored 21, Moses Moody had 20, and Jonathan Kuminga scored 19 in the battle.

This matchup was another display of the Warriors' motto: Strength in numbers. It was amazing to see the young Dubs with none of their star players available, go out and compete to keep their 7 game win streak alive. It was an indication that the future is bright for the Warriors' future.

Next, the Warriors head back home to play the Sacramento Kings on Thursday. The lineup should be back to normal but if not the team will still be in good hands.
