Klay Thompson shocked Golden State Warriors fans this week after a video of his recent workout revealed he had shaved his beard.
The 6-foot-7 marksman looked every bit of the young man he was during his first few years in the league after losing what had become a signature look for the sharpshooter:

The 30-year-old is feeling 22 again, fresh off a torn ACL injury that has left him with plenty of months of recovery before he steps on NBA hardwood again.

Whether Klay comes back bearded or not, it's a welcome sight to see him back on the floor, locked and loaded from beyond the arc — as most fans best remember him.
Article Continues BelowThe Warriors sniper had 30 points in Game 6 of the 2019 NBA Finals before he suffered the injury, chipping in his last two points after returning from the locker room in hopes to not be disqualified for reentry.
Thompson would later find out he had suffered a torn ACL in his left knee, which sidelined him for the entirety of the 2019-20 season.
The marksman underwent surgery in early July 2019, which will give him more than 12 months to fully heal from the injury, now ready to tackle the 2020-21 season.
