Golden State Warriors guard Klay Thompson continues to be the offseason gift that keeps on giving, at least, in the content space. In his latest IG live, Thompson talked about many splendid things, one of which was the Warriors' future outlook given their two lottery picks in the upcoming NBA Draft.

As transcribed by Anthony Slater of The Athletic:

“How do I feel about the draft? Great. Two lotto picks. Don't come around too often. We call those assets in the business world and business is booming.”

The co-chairman of Splash Brothers, Inc. nailed this one.

The Warriors are already expected to come out with guns blazing when the 2021-22 season tips off. Buoyed by a rejuvenated Stephen Curry, a more determined Draymond Green, and a healthy Thompson at its core, Golden State is eager to reclaim its seat in the Mount Olympus of contenders.

This trio has had its dynastic run but is looking out for more glory. Their crusade will receive a significant boost thanks to this year's deep draft pool.

The Warriors own the seventh and 14th pick. In a stacked class, these are considered major assets. They could easily opt for experienced youngsters who can contribute early on such as Davion Mitchell and Corey Kispert. There are also tantalizing prospects who could be eased into things alongside James Wiseman.

These picks also make for appealing trade pieces, especially if the Warriors are bent on making a blockbuster deal in the offseason. Damian Lillard, anyone?

The Dubs' business projects a prosperous future. Now's the best time to buy stocks after last season's dip.
