Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry says he and D'Angelo Russell have made a rule to determine who will start with the ball.
Curry says whichever guy is closest to the ball or gets it off a defensive stop will bring it up the court for the Warriors and initiate the offense:

The Warriors don't see Stephen Curry and D'Angelo Russell having any issues playing together. Both players are stellar shooters, so each guy can play off the ball and flourish in catch-and-shoot situations while the other All-Star handles the rock and breaks defenses down.
Curry certainly isn't worried about building chemistry with Russell:
Curry on playing alongside Russell: “It’s fun, you can see the potential. … I think the chemistry will be developed very, very quickly.”

Curry averaged 27.3 points, 5.3 rebounds and 5.2 assists for the Warriors last season, while Russell put up 21.1 points, 3.9 rebounds and 7.0 assists with the Brooklyn Nets.
Until Klay Thompson comes back from his ACL injury, Curry and Russell are the new “Splash Brothers” in Golden State.
Because the Warriors' offense is predicated on ball movement and constant motion, Curry and Russell won't fall into the trap of running a “my turn, your turn” type of style. We already know Curry is the best shooter of all time. He does a lot of his damage from beyond the arc by using off-ball screens.
Both Steph and Russell can play on and off the ball in an efficient manner. This dynamic duo will be lethal once their chemistry is built.
