With a 28-7 record, the Golden State Warriors hope to have not one or two but three players in the All-Star game. The third name popping up in the conversation is their starting forward, Andrew Wiggins. The talk started with Klay Thompson. Then Steve Kerr chimed in, and now Stephen Curry is lobbying for Wiggins.

After the short-handed Dubs beat the Utah Jazz on Saturday, Curry told the media how he felt about Wiggins making the All-Star team.

“Number 22 should be in Cleveland this year the way he's hooping,” the Warriors superstar told ClutchPoints.

Wiggins is having another career season. The 2014 No. 1 pick averages 19 points while shooting 48.7 from the field and 43.4 from deep. He's also responsible for slowing down the opposition's best scorer every night.

He's one of the most consistent two-way players in the NBA. His quiet demeanor keeps him under the radar, but his performances have been the complete opposite. Whether he's putting someone on a poster or knocking down threes, Wiggins has hugely impacted the Dubs' success.

The Warriors believe Wiggins should get rewarded for what he means to the team. Without Wiggins, they aren't in the position they're in now, and he's exceeding expectations. They think that should amount to something when voting.
