No matter if he is making shots or not, how many minutes he is playing. Just making sure he is engaged because he is going to help us. He is going to help us win games when it matters.”
After a hot start to the season, the 22-year-old Poole has found himself with limited touches since Thompson's return. But Curry knows that staying engaged will help the Warriors spark plug standout shake off his slump.
While Poole has said he's not bothered by being relegated to the bench, not contributing as much as before must be frustrating. And it's hard to get engaged with a lack of playing time. Fortunately for the Warriors guard, he can pick Curry's brain all the time.
