After emphatically taking Game 6 of the Western Conference Finals with a 115-86 victory over the overall top seed Houston Rockets, the Golden State Warriors' celebrations will be kept at a minimum as they prepare for the final and most important game of the series in Houston come Monday night. It appears however that the Dubs will be without the services of veteran swingman Andre Iguodala yet again.

As reported by Sports Illustrated's Ben Golliver, Warriors head coach Steve Kerr himself confirmed that they will be entering Game 7 with the assumption that Iguodala will not be available.

With averages of 7.9 points, 4.9 rebounds, and 3.1 assists per game in the postseason, Iguodala's impact on the game goes beyond the box score. His defensive grit and hustle were sorely missed in the first quarter of Game 6 as the Rockets amassed a 17-point lead in what was looking like the Warriors' final game of the season.

However, thanks to the heroics of Klay Thompson who scored 35 points with nine 3-pointers, the Warriors were able to separate themselves in the second half to take the victory. Former MVPs Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant were not bad themselves as the two combined for 52 points on 45 percent shooting for the Dubs.

The team from Oakland will need to overcome an enormous challenge in Game 7 of the series as they travel to Houston in this do-or-die contest. The absence of Iguodala's veteran presence will definitely be a big blow and will make the task even more difficult for the defending champions.
