Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr has opened up about the confusing part of his coaching approach.
The Warriors are looking primed for another NBA title run this season, having been arguably the best team in the league thus far. Lifting the lid on his team's mentality, coach Kerr divulged that he has been applying the “fast, loose and disciplined” approach to his players.
According to Kerr, the slogan itself is a “contradiction” already but he reckoned that it's exactly “the balance” he wants to achieve.

“We call it ‘fast, loose and disciplined' and that's a contradiction ‘loose' and ‘disciplined,' but that's the balance we're looking for,” he continued.
The Philadelphia 76ers shockingly pulled off an upset win over the Warriors on Saturday at home. The devastating defeat did not only prove that the Dubs really need to work on a few holes in their game but also put Golden State back to a “familiar” situation.
As per Warriors star forward Draymond Green, the loss to Sixers kind of resembles that of when they made a remarkable run of five straight NBA Finals appearances, a time when all the attention was on Golden State.
“Yeah, you start to feel that,” Green admitted via NBC Sports. “You show up before a game for shooting and the crowd's already packed. The attention around the team, you definitely start to feel that. Feels a little familiar.”
The Warriors will be looking to bounce back when they take on the Indiana Pacers on Monday.
