Steve Kerr and the Golden State Warriors are on cloud nine right now as they fortify the newest NBA dynasty.

After winning three championships and reaching the NBA Finals in each of the last four seasons, it was reported that head coach Steve Kerr agreed to a contract extension with the team last July, though details of the deal were not announced to the public.

Still, it can be deduced that the former Coach of the Year winner will remain with the franchise for a very long time, even until they make their eventual move to San Francisco for the 2019-20 season.

There’s a lot of buzz going on and preparations taking place as numerous people are gearing up for this change in address.

This includes Kerr, who reportedly bought a $7.3-million dollar house in the Presidio Heights neighborhood, as per ABC7 news. Here is a video below:

Judging from the photos, the predominantly white, four-bedroom mansion has beautifully crafted interiors and looks incredibly stylish. To top it all off, their home even has a view of the Golden Gate Bridge in the background.

This did not come cheap, though, as Kerr supposedly paid $1.5-million more than the seller’s original asking price. The previous owner may have caught wind of the former Chicago Bulls and San Antonio Spurs player’s new deal and drove up the cost.

Still, it’s a marvelous choice and Kerr should be very proud of himself. It’s a good investment to make just as the Warriors have clearly gone all-in with him.
