Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr was all praises for superstar forward Kevin Durant's performance in last night's 110-103 win against the Atlanta Hawks following his confrontation with teammate Draymond Green in the team's previous outing. Per 95.7 The Game, Kerr lauded Durant's consistency, saying that you can bag in 25 to 30 points from him every single night.

This was Durant's first outing since his heated altercation with Green, and he did not seem to be too affected by it.

Green and Durant went at it during Golden State's road loss against the Los Angeles Clippers the night before as the two argued about the last play in regulation. Green, however, took things too far. He reportedly made some controversial statements about Durant's impending free agency, and repeatedly called him a b—h. Green was suspended for his actions and surely, this drama caused a lot of stir in the Warriors locker room.

It seemed like Golden State was affected by their teammates' rift as they struggled out of the gates in the first half against the Atlanta Hawks. However, the Warriors recovered their footing and were able to take control in the second half, outscoring Atlanta by nine points in the third period.

Kevin Durant led the charge for the defending champions. Though he did struggle from the field, shooting just 9-of-23 from the field, the two-time Finals MVP still managed to finish his night with 29 points, converting a perfect 11-of-11 from the stripe.

Durant's size and length matched with his guard-like skills and scoring ability make him one of the most potent and versatile scorers to ever play the game. Despite having an off-night, Durant was still able to produce and lead the Warriors to victory, even if they were undermanned.
